Lawnfawnatics Sketch Challenge--Takes 2 & 3

Instagram:  @amypeach1978

I woke up thinking about this card today, so I had to make it happen at lunch.  :)  I fussy cut along the scallops for the rainbow patterned paper, lined it with a thin border of Peacock cardstock, and then used the stitched trails dies to flank either side of the patterned paper element.  I ran the patterned paper strip through with the Stitched Rectangle Stackable die as well, to make it match the card base.  You probably can't really tell in the photo, but I used one of the Puffy Cloud Border dies to cut a piece of transparency, then ink blended over the Mermaid heart with Mermaid ink for a little bit of extra dimension.  I also ink blended the "grass" pieces with Noble Fir ink for a little extra something, and used Manatee ink and Chili Pepper ink to ink blend onto the mushroom stems and caps.
Supplies (all by Lawn Fawn, unless otherwise noted):
Mushroom Border die
Outside In Stitched Heart Stackables die
Lacy Heart Stackables die
Mermaid, Peacock, Storm Cloud, Noble Fir, Fog, and Chili Pepper cardstock
Mermaid, Noble Fir, Chili Pepper, and Manatee ink pads
Stitched Trails die
Large Stitched Square Stackables die
Puffy Cloud Border dies
Valentine Border die (hearts)
White Embossing Powder
Really Rainbow Scallops Petite Patterned Paper Pack
Spring Fling Petite Patterned Paper Pack
Other:  Foam tape

I was originally going to use this background for the first card I made like this the other day, but I didn't like the Peacock Lacy Heart with this background, so I set this one aside and went in another direction with my other card.  I didn't want this one to go to waste, so today when I had some time to play I re-created my card with a few tweaks until I was happy with it.  :)  I just love this entire Lawn Fawn spring release, probably my favorite ever.
