Lawnfawnatics Challenge #37--Combining Old and New!

Instagram: @amypeach1978

I got a chance to participate in the Lawnfawnatics Challenge #37--Something Old, Something New. I created a card for my ex's brother and his wife, who had their second child, a baby girl, a few weeks ago. :)  I was going for an armoire type of look for the piece of furniture used to hang the adorable paper-pieced dress.

Supplies (all by Lawn Fawn, unless otherwise noted):
Holiday Helpers stamps and dies (teddy bear, doll, and duck)
Little Bundle stamps and dies (dress, hanger, sentiment)
Loads of Fun stamps and dies (laundry basket)
Large Stitched Square Stackables
Say What? Christmas Critters stamps and dies (unicorn)
Fancy Scalloped Rectangle Stackables
Small Stitched Rectangle Stackables
Large Stitched Rectangle Stackables
Valentine Borders die (heart)
Stitched Rectangle Frames die
Knit Picky Fall 6x6 petite patterned paper pack
Mermaid and Peacock cardstock
Peacock and Cilantro ink pads
Other: Copic markers, spectrum noir clear overlay sparkle pen, Glossy Accents, foam tape, clear gems by Lucy's Little Things

Simon Says Stamp Fall Colors

I used a Simon Says Stamp fall stamp set to create this ink-blended card.  I think it turned out okay--it looks better in person.  :)  The rose gold embossing powder sets off the colors perfectly.

Hello Bluebird Fall Friends

Instagram:  @amypeach1978

I used the Fall Friends stamp set from Hello Bluebird to create this cute fall scene card.  I ink blended Distress Oxide Inks onto Bristol Smooth cardstock for my background elements--Tumbled Glass and Blueprint Sketch for the sky and a couple greens (that I can't remember) for the grass.  :)  I colored the cute images with Copic markers, die cut them with the coordinating dies, and arranged them onto my scene.  I heat embossed the sentiment with Lawn Fawn white embossing powder, used a Lawn Fawn banner die, and cut out the panel and the grass panels with the Lawn Fawn Large Stitched Rectangle Stackables dies.  The grass was cut using the Hello Bluebird Grassy Knoll die.
